This means the warranty coverage on our products may differ from items purchased directly through the original brand or manufacturer.

Connor Meyer is not an authorized distributor or brand-affiliated seller for the manufacturers of the products we offer, including:

All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes. As such, manufacturer warranties may or may not be honored for items purchased through our store. Customers should verify with the brand directly if original warranty coverage will be extended to purchases made through an independent reseller like Connor Meyer.

We provide the products in brand-new condition (unless stated otherwise) and do our best to ensure they arrive as described, but we do not guarantee the availability or validity of original manufacturer warranties.


Our Limited Store Warranty (if applicable)

While we do not officially provide extended product warranties like brand manufacturers, we offer a limited Connor Meyer store warranty under the following conditions:

1. Warranty Period

We offer a 14-day warranty period from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or non-functional items. This limited warranty is provided by Connor Meyer only, and is separate from any manufacturer’s coverage.

2. Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the basic usability of the item

  • Items that arrive damaged or non-functional due to shipping or handling

  • Incorrect items sent due to fulfillment errors

3. Exclusions:

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage caused by mishandling or user misuse

  • Wear and tear resulting from regular use

  • Issues caused by modifications, installation errors, or accidents

  • Missing parts not reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product dissatisfaction due to personal preference, design style, or color mismatch


What to Do If You Have a Problem

Shipping Costs Related to Warranty Claims

If a return or exchange is approved under our limited warranty, we may:

  • Provide a prepaid return label (for defective items only), or

  • Reimburse reasonable return shipping charges upon proof of cost

Return shipping costs for non-warranty claims (such as buyer’s remorse or order mistakes) are the responsibility of the customer.


Manufacturer Warranty Assistance

In rare cases, some brands may still honor a warranty for items purchased from third-party sellers. While we cannot guarantee this, we can assist you in:
