📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states), including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we are actively working on expanding our logistics network to serve customers worldwide.

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer multiple delivery options depending on your location and selected shipping speed:

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey through the shipping carrier’s website. Common carriers we use include:

🔒 Secure Packaging & Handling

To protect your items during transit, all products are securely packed using high-quality materials. Fragile items, such as mirrors and glass lamps, are shipped with:

  • Shock-absorbent packaging

  • Reinforced corners

  • Double-layered cartons

  • “Fragile” labeling

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund (see “Damages & Claims” below).


📬 Delivery Notifications

You’ll receive the following notifications:

  • Order Confirmation Email: Immediately after purchase

  • Shipping Confirmation Email: With tracking number

  • Out for Delivery Notification: (if supported by the carrier)

  • Delivered Confirmation: Upon successful delivery

📦 Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability and item size. You will receive tracking numbers for each individual package.


📍 Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. Connor Meyer is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you made an error in your address and your package hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately at support@connormeyer.online so we can correct it before dispatch.


📦 Missed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for further instructions. Re-shipping fees may apply.

We do not issue refunds for undelivered packages due to customer error unless the product is returned to our warehouse in good condition.


🧾 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.

For damaged items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • We’ll review your claim and either send a replacement or issue a refund

For lost packages:

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier immediately

  • If the carrier confirms a lost item, contact us and we will open a claim on your behalf

We are committed to helping you resolve shipping issues quickly and fairly.


📦 Backorders & Delays

In rare cases, an item may go on backorder after your purchase. If this occurs:

  • We will notify you via email with an estimated ship date

  • You can choose to wait for the item or receive a full refund

Carrier-related delays (e.g., during peak seasons or due to weather) are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
